This site is the personal website of Mohammad Yoga Rimaldo, who acts as the data controller for the information described here. You can reach the controller at myrimaldo@gmail.com. The site collects as little as possible, and only to run the things you choose to use.
What is collected
- Newsletter email. If you subscribe, your email address is stored so new articles can be sent to you. You confirm the subscription by clicking a link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Contact form. If you send a message, your name, email, optional company, and message are stored and emailed to me so I can reply.
- Analytics. If you accept analytics in the consent banner, Google Analytics records anonymized, aggregate usage (pages viewed, rough traffic source). It does not run unless you accept, and IP addresses are anonymized.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent. You give it by subscribing, by sending a message, or by accepting analytics. You can withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect anything processed before you withdrew.
How long it is kept
- Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe, then removed.
- Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Analytics data is aggregate and holds no direct identifiers.
What is not collected
No accounts, no advertising trackers, and no selling or sharing of your data with third parties for marketing. Analytics stays off until you allow it.
How your data is stored
Subscriber and contact records are stored in a private database. Transactional email (subscription confirmation, contact notifications) is sent through an email provider.
Your rights
This site follows Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022, UU PDP). You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. To do any of these, email myrimaldo@gmail.com and it will be handled.
